photograph-21Dylan was born and raised in Michigan. He attended college at Michigan State University in East Lansing and after transferring to Siena Heights University, earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 2004.  While attending college, Dylan was a licensed Realtor® and also worked as an auto body technician and mechanic. During law school at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Dylan received two book awards and was a member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates competing at the PACE Environmental Moot Court Competition and receiving a “best oralist” award. He earned the degree of Juris Doctor, graduating in the top quarter of his class.

When not practicing law, Dylan can be found spending time with his wife and two dogs in the back yard and garden. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, attending sporting events and experiencing the foods of different cultures.  Dylan also brews his own homemade beer and enjoys a good cigar to unwind.  An interesting fact many people do not know about him is that he began playing the violin when he was only three and, while he does not play regularly anymore, still picks it up when the stresses of life start to weigh on him.

Dylan lives in Dearborn and his practice areas include: Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, Civil Litigation, Consumer Debtor-Creditor Law, Family Law, Driver License Restoration, Criminal Defense, Real Estate Law, Water Rights Litigation and Appeals.

clint-photographClint came to Michigan from his home town of Vancouver, Washington in 2005, although the paternal side of his family are all native Michiganders, living mostly around the Grand Traverse Bay area. After high school he worked for law offices while earning his Bachelor Degrees in Philosophy and Political Science at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, where he was on the dean’s list, in the band, and participated in various government positions. Clint earned his Bachelor degrees in 2003, then left for Chicago, Illinois, where he lived and worked for two years after graduating from college. Clint was accepted at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2005. During law school, Clint received a book award, and was a member and officer of the Moot Court Board of Advocates. His moot court career ended by being a member of the three-person team who became national champions at the 2008 National McGee Civil Rights Moot Court Competition, with Clint being named first place advocate overall. Upon graduation in 2008, Clint was admitted to the Order of the Barristers.

Clint is currently serving as an advisor to the State Bar of Michigan Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law, he is a volunteer moot court coach at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, and he is serving as pro bono defense counsel in adversary proceedings brought against indigent debtors in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

If you can’t find Clint, its probably because he is wandering the countryside on long hikes and camping trips. He also enjoys snowboarding (even though he isn’t very good), going to baseball games, going to movies, listening to and playing music, and playing tennis. One thing you may not know about Clint is that despite his best efforts, he’s an unusually lousy golfer.

Clint lives in Ferndale with his fiancé Emily and their dog and cats Merlin and Luna and Xeno, respectively. His practice areas include: Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, Bankruptcy Litigation, Civil Litigation, Consumer Debtor-Creditor Law, Trial Practice and Appeallate Practice.
